AcadaClash
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of AcadaClash, a competitive gaming and knowledge platform for quizzes, strategy, board, card and word games, clubs, leaderboards, and tournaments.

Your account and eligibility
By creating an account or using AcadaClash, you agree to these terms and the rules of the games and competitions you join. Provide accurate account and age information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Younger players must have any parental or guardian permission required by applicable law.
Some features depend on your age, location, or verification status. Cash play is available only to eligible adults in supported locations. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, or location to bypass restrictions.
Games, competitions and fair play
Each game or tournament sets its own scoring, timing, win conditions, entry requirements, and rewards. Read those rules before joining. Quiz, board, card, and word games use different mechanics; a rule for one game does not automatically apply to another.
Play fairly. Cheating, collusion, match manipulation, unauthorised bots, exploiting bugs, and outside assistance prohibited by a game’s rules are not allowed. Do not harass players, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or disrupt the platform. Violations may lead to review, disqualification, restricted features, or account suspension.
Free play, coins and purchases
AcadaClash offers free play alongside optional purchases, paid entry, and cash games where available. Check the displayed price, currency, fees, and rules before confirming a transaction.
Acada Coins are an in-game currency. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. A cash wallet is separate from a coin balance. Purchasing coins does not guarantee wins, rankings, or prizes. Any refund rights provided by applicable law still apply.
Cash games, entry fees and rewards
Cash games and paid tournaments can result in the loss of your stake or entry fee. Winning and cash rewards are never guaranteed. Enter only when you understand the rules and can afford the cost. Eligibility, supported locations, stake limits, and fees shown before entry apply.
Sponsor-funded cash-prize competitions are free to enter. Paid tournaments publish their entry fee and prize allocation separately. Qualifying cancelled events and events that fail their minimum entry requirements refund entries according to the competition rules.
Withdrawals require identity verification and are subject to eligibility, balance, payment processing, and integrity checks. Prize descriptions and competition rules govern fulfilment. Younger winners can receive any reward type, including cash, through a parent or legal guardian with a registered AcadaClash player account. Both accounts must confirm the relationship, the guardian must verify their email, age and identity, and our team must approve the relationship before claims. Cash is paid to the eligible guardian’s wallet on the winner’s behalf after prize review; both accounts’ location and eligibility rules apply. Either account can revoke the link before payment. Non-cash alternatives may apply where cash fulfilment is unavailable. Club coin wages and transfers do not create cash entitlements.
Responsible play
Treat games as entertainment and an opportunity to learn and compete. Set limits on time and spending, take breaks, and avoid chasing losses. Do not use money needed for essential expenses to enter cash games.
Availability and disputes
Games depend on your connection and the availability of the service. Interruptions, disconnections, and errors can occur. The relevant game or competition rules determine timing, forfeits, cancellations, and settlement. Retain the match or transaction reference when raising a dispute so the relevant records can be reviewed.
Features and game availability may change. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy, account closure and updates
The Privacy Policy explains how account, gameplay, and transaction information is used. You can export your data or delete your account from Profile → Settings & privacy. Some records remain for integrity, audit, and legal obligations as described in that policy.
Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Review the current terms and the published rules before entering a new game or competition.
